Online Order Booking Process

Making a booking on our ordering platform is simple! Follow these easy steps:

Option 1 - Quick Booking:

1. Click on the "BOOK NOW" button to skip the catalog.

2. Choose your services and click "NEXT."

OR Option 2 - Cost Estimation:

1. Click on the "PRICING" button to select the item type and quantity. (Note: Dry cleaning is the default cleaning method unless specified otherwise or if the item cannot be dry cleaned, e.g., leather garments.)

2. Click on the laundry bag to review your total items and estimated total, then click on “BOOK NOW” to proceed.

3. Enter your address using the postal code; add your unit number if applicable, and click "NEXT."

4. Select your preferred pick-up and delivery schedule.

5. If you're a first-time customer, provide contact details and verify your email address for notifications and bills. Existing customers are not required to take any action as your contact information will be shown automatically.

6. Click "NEXT" to choose your payment mode. For credit card payments, it will be deducted one day before service/delivery.

7. The displayed value is the minimum order amount. The actual amount will be confirmed after our specialists check your items (within 24-48 hours of collection).

8. Leave any special requests in the notes section.

9. After clicking "Place Order," you'll receive an order notification via email.

10. Our driver will contact the customer prior to pick-up or delivery, and we will provide the driver’s details to the customer for security purposes.

11. You will receive a bill via email, and please make payment at least 1 day before delivery to avoid delay of delivery arrangement via credit card/GrabPay/FPX by clicking on the payment link in the email.
